Having joined Fairview in 1976 as a land trainee, Richard Paterson spent eight years at the company before leaving to run his own businesses. Richard returned to Fairview at the start of 2005 as a Main Board Land Buying Director.

Richard has acquired sites unconditionally, subject to planning and under option, which have potential for some 2350 dwellings and expects to put his experience and network of contacts to good use for Fairview over the coming months and years.
