Giles joined Fairview in October 2007 as a Main Board Land Buying Director, and has over 25 years' experience in commercial property and the regeneration of brownfield land and mixed-use development.

Giles has extensive experience in major development acquisitions including the purchase of a 58-acre office campus site from BP and a 20-acre former Procter & Gamble factory in Leigh Park, Havant.
