We made our offer for the Crawley Leisure Centre despite the lack of planning permission and little information on Crawley Borough Council's aspirations for the site. However, we could see the possibilities and knew that a little pain would bring a lot of gain.
The site is now in great shape with a residential-led, mixed-use scheme in a sustainable town centre location.
